CALETA DE FUSTE | FUERTEVENTURA
Caleta de Fuste is located 5 miles away from the international Airport of Fuerteventura, 7 miles from Puerto del Rosario (capital of the island) and situated in the center of the east coast of Fuerteventura. Caleta de Fuste is considered the third tourist center of Fuerteventura and, in some respects, as the most important! Caleta de Fuste offers the best hotel and extra-hotel facilities as well as for quantity and quality. Caleta de Fuste has many convention centers, golf courses, shopping centers and leisure zones.
Caleta de Fuste has a beautiful beach with crystal clear waters protected by the reef, so to have calm water to bath in with tranquillity, especially for families. If you don’t like crowded beaches you can always look for an empty cove along the coast.
The “Fuerteventura Golf Club” and the “Golf Salinas de Antigua” are the two golf courts of Caleta de Fuste and the best of all Fuerteventura. The Fuerteventura Golf Club is a 18 holes course, par 72. It has practice areas, driving range, 800m2 putting green, green approach, bunker and pro shop.
The Golf Salinas de Antigua is a 18 holes course, par 70. It is characterized by the great variety of hills, bunkers and desert zones, with 4 lakes and many plants.

It is worth a visit in its center for shopping (Las Rotondas Shopping Center and many shops in the streets; the promenade; the “Nuestra Señora del Rosario” church; the Sculpture Park (it is a open-air museum with 50 sculptures distributed in the street of Puerto del Rosario; the “Miguel de Unamuno Museum/House” where the famous writer lived.
